Our Staff

With 200 campers or less per session, small cabin groups and low camper-to-staff ratio, Ranch Camp offers an intimate community. Our outgoing, enthusiastic counselors are required to complete an intensive training program. All are trained in CPR and first aid, and many also carry other specialty certifications. Some counselors are former Ranch Campers, the rest join our camp family from the United States, Australia, South America, the UK; and a large annual contingent comes from Israel. All staff members are selected based on their experience with children and their commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of campers.
